Join us at the Club at Eaglebrooke on March 13 for a CLE presented by Kevin Albaum. The CLE will cover the intersection of Vulnerable Adult Injunctions and Emergency Temporary Guardianships. Learn what civil options are available when you see theft or abuse of an elderly or disabled person and the process of how injunctions and guardianships work together. Kevin Albaum is a board-certified elder law attorney with over 10 years of experience at Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman, & Airth, P.A. in Lakeland, Florida. He focuses his practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, as well as Probate and Trust Litigation. In 2021, Kevin achieved board certification in elder law by the Florida Bar Board of Specialization and Education Certification. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
